Kara made the sale of our beloved Costa Mesa home so easy and enjoyable for our family. She was able to sell our home during unprecedented times when weekly open houses weren't happening. She was still able to find us the perfect buyer and secure a very desirable and competitive sale price. She was always available to us and kept us up to speed every step of the way. We met Kara during an open house in the Newport neighborhood where we were looking to relocate. We were impressed with her knowledge of the homes and various neighborhoods, and although the dock was not large enough at the listed house, I kept her card. We purchased an older home a few doors down to tear down and build a new house. We wanted to obtain a year lease on a rental near our project but hadn’t leased a residence in decades. It was a bit more difficult than anticipated, and I mentioned this to Kara. She called me and asked about a rental home I had considered overpriced in comparison by $1500/month, and I told her so. Kara said, “Let me look into it.” She later called me back and said they agreed to the reduction I offered, and she also obtained a one-year lease with the understanding I may need a few weeks or a month longer given our project. That says it all! Kara is professional and personable; she clearly related and advocated for our specific needs, and she was conscientious and most responsive when contacted. We have other projects in mind, and we know we can count on Kara to inform and facilitate our needs.

Kara helped us buy a property and also an investment property, and helped rent that one. She is very responsive, Very Knowledgeable, and she pays attention to what you want very patient. Definitely a realtor we will use again.
